Terms of service
Last updated July 2026. These terms govern quotes, production and installation work performed by Gateway Printing and Signs.
Quotes and estimates
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material market changes or scope revisions may require a revised estimate before production begins.
Artwork and proofs
Production begins only after you approve a digital proof. Approval confirms spelling, dimensions, colors and layout. Errors present in an approved proof are not eligible for free reprint.
Color expectations
We color-manage every job, but slight variation between substrates, print methods and production runs is normal. Critical color matches should be confirmed with a physical proof.
Turnaround and delivery
Quoted production times begin on proof approval, not order placement. Shipping and installation dates depend on carrier schedules, permitting and weather for exterior work.
Payment terms
A deposit is required on signage, fabrication and custom projects. Balance is due on completion or delivery unless approved terms are in place.
Installation
Client is responsible for providing safe site access and disclosing electrical, structural or landlord requirements. Permit fees, if applicable, are billed at cost.
Returns and reprints
Custom-printed goods are not returnable. If a product does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will reprint or refund it at our discretion.
Intellectual property
You warrant that you have rights to any artwork you supply. Design work we create is licensed to you for the agreed use, with source files released as specified in your quote.
